About MindSafe

Wellbeing data your employees don’t have to fear.

MindSafe exists because of a contradiction we kept seeing: organisations genuinely want to know how their people are doing, and employees genuinely want to tell them — but the tools in between kept betraying both sides. Surveys that promised anonymity a spreadsheet filter could undo. Wellbeing scores inferred from surveillance. Burnout discovered in exit interviews, a year too late to matter.

So we built the instrument we thought should exist: a daily, one-tap burnout pulse and a full survey platform where privacy is enforced by architecture rather than policy — and where the earliest signal of a struggling team arrives while there is still time to act on it.

What we believe

Anonymity is arithmetic, not a promise

No survey or pulse result exists — organisation-wide or per team — until at least five people have responded. The floor is enforced in the database and inherited by every view and export. It is not a setting, so it cannot be lowered.

Personal first, aggregate second

Each employee sees their own wellbeing data in a private dashboard before anyone else sees anything. Managers and HR only ever see qualified aggregate trends. That ordering is what makes the data honest.

Ask, don't surveil

MindSafe never infers wellbeing from keystrokes, calendars, or message metadata. One deliberate daily question, answered in a tap, is worth more than any volume of surveillance telemetry — and it is the only model that respects the people being measured.

Measurement stays separate from performance

MindSafe is deliberately not a performance platform. No reviews, no OKRs, no named check-ins. Employees answer differently when the tool asking about their wellbeing also informs their appraisal, so we keep those worlds apart.

Forgetting is a feature

Data is anonymised on a 90-day cycle, and any employee can erase their identity in one audited action — no ticket, no wait. A platform holding sensitive data should be designed around letting it go.

Who we are

MindSafe is built and operated by Blumint Pty Ltd, an Australian company based in Melbourne, Victoria, serving customers worldwide. We are a small, product-led team, and it shows in how the service works: every customer gets a full-service, two-week guided pilot — we import your roster, train your people team, and run the platform live on your real data before you commit to anything.

The same principles we sell are the ones we build by. How the platform enforces them is documented publicly in our trust model and privacy lifecycle — including the parts most vendors keep vague, like what happens to your data when you leave.

Talk to the people who built it.

Questions about the platform, the privacy architecture, or a pilot for your team — we reply within one business day.
